We are currently observing similar behavior to a few days ago, with high latency towards the US.
The session has been shut down, and a ticket has been opened. No customer impcact is expected,
Cogent installed TE to mitigate the issue and sessions are reestablished.
We are currently observing approximately 20% packet loss to various destinations, most notably in the US via Cogent. To prevent further impact, sessions have been drained.
