Past Incidents

Fixed

Cogent has rerouted traffic internally and throuhput has been restored.

We are currently observing low throuput towards various targets via Cogent.

The upstream has been drained and no customer impact is expected.

Sessions will be re-enabled once situation has stabilised.

Fixed

The cut has been fixed and latency returned to normal values.

We are currently seeing slight increased latency on several Carriers towards south EMEA (e.g. Italy / Swiss..) due to ongoing fibercut between Stuttgart and Zürich.

As no packetloss is currently observed, carriers in question remain enabled.

We will continue to monitor the situation and drain carriers in case it becomes necessary.
