As of the latest update, several buildings have been swapped to on-grid again. Building F, where our equipment is housed, is currently still on generator power and is expected to be switched to grid tomorrow.

Original message from NTT:

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you that building F/G will continue to be powered entirely by our generators due to unplanned switching disruptions. This measure is intended to avoid any risks associated with a premature return to the grid operator's regular power supply, particularly during the current switching and shutdown work.

Generator operation will be maintained until the shutdown planned by our grid operator for tomorrow afternoon is complete. Only after the successful completion of this work and a stable restoration of the regular grid supply will we return to normal operation.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Kind regards,

We have been informed by NTT GDC that there is ongoing power maintenance on both feeds, during which external grid connectivity has been cut to perform maintenance on the grid handover.

At this time, the entire campus is running on generators, and transfer back to the grid will be performed once maintenance is completed.

While the situation is being closely monitored by NTT on-site staff and no issues are expected, this is an out-of-the-ordinary situation and therefore a risk of impact remains.

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you that the planned changeover to generator operation has been successfully completed.

The entire campus is currently running in backup power mode and is fully supplied by the emergency power system.

The return to normal utility power will take place once clearance is granted and reconnection is carried out by the responsible grid operator.

If you notice any technical limitations, please contact us at dc.emea.support@global.ntt
