We are currently observing high latency via carrier Telecom Italia Sparkle towards various targets due to congestion between Frankfurt EQX5 and Frankfurt DRT Campus.

To avoid further impact, the carrier has been drained.

Unfortunately, Telecom Italia has proven to not be as premium as they advertise on their website. As this is not the first issue we've observed due to their transport, we will re-evaluate its presence in the IPT mix.
