A scheduled software upgrade will be performed on NTT router following the vendor's recommendation. This maintenance is necessary to ensure continued stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure:
Component: NTT Edge01 Router
Start Time: 26 September, 22:00 (UTC+2)
End Time (Expected): 26 September, 23:00 (UTC+2)
Duration: 1 hour
Impact: Brief service interruptions will occur during the maintenance window for BGP Customers. Downstream sessions will be drained properly to ensure no traffic flows over the device before reboot is performed. VPS customers remain unaffected.
We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to minimize any potential disruptions.
Status updates will be provided here if necessary.
The situation appears to have stabilized, and we are no longer seeing significant latency or packet loss on routes via NTT. We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure ongoing connectivity stability.
Our team is in continued communication with the carrier to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
We are currently experiencing elevated latency and packet loss on routes via NTT affecting connectivity to certain destinations in the United States.
To mitigate further impact, we have proactively drained BGP sessions with NTT for the affected paths.
A ticket has been opened with the carrier and we are actively working with them to resolve the issue.
Further updates will be provided as they become available.
