Past Incidents

Identified

We are currently observing high latency via various carriers (NTT, Sparkle, and Interlink) towards various targets, mostly in Eastern Europe, due to several simultaneous maintenance activities and fiber cuts. We will do our best to reroute traffic accordingly.

Interlink and NTT have been completely drained to mitigate the impact. Further drains may follow.

We can report that all members of our 5-member DNS cluster have successfully recovered and are fully operational and no further disruption is expected.

Note that VPS customers remained unaffected.

We will continue to monitor the cluster to ensure stability, but all systems are now back online. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

We are currently experiencing an outage in our 5-member DNS cluster due to simultaneous unreachability from two external parties. This has resulted in service disruption.

At present, 2 out of the 5 members remain offline, but the cluster is in the process of recovering and services have been partially restored.

We are actively working to resolve the issue and will continue to provide updates as the situation progresses. Thank you for your patience.
