Voxility NOC confirmed the issue and applied mitigation. The temporary mitigation from our side has been reverted. We are currently waiting for RFO and continue to monitor the situation.

We observed another route churn event at 19:17 UTC+2. A ticket with Voxility has been opened and we are currently waiting for an update. As temporary measurement, an mitigation has been applied until service stability is confirmed by NOC.

We observed an route-churn event for traffic passing via Voxility at ~19:03 UTC+2 lasting about 2 minutes. The situation has already recovered but customers might have experienced brief disconnects due to convergence.

We will monitor the situation and check with Voxility further if the situation reoccurs.
