Planned Maintenance

  • DE-CIX Maintenance

    In Progress

Our DE-CIX ports in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Munich are currently disabled due to multiple ongoing maintenance activities on the DE-CIX side.

Instead of draining and restoring the ports for each individual maintenance window, we’ve decided to keep them disabled until all planned maintenance work has been completed. The current expectation is for the maintenance to be finished by the end of August.

    No customer impact is expected.

The ports will be re-enabled once all maintenance activities have been completed.

The situation remained stable since the flap. As RFO a faulty link could be identified. The link has been removed from a core-bundle and replacement is pending. No further impact is expected even in degraded bundle state. Replacement will be performed without further notice from carrier side.

We are currently observing BGP flaps with carrier Meerfarbig. As of right now, the situation is already recovering. We will check and intervene when necessary.
