Planned Maintenance

  • DE-CIX Maintenance

    In Progress

Our DE-CIX ports in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Munich are currently disabled due to multiple ongoing maintenance activities on the DE-CIX side.

Instead of draining and restoring the ports for each individual maintenance window, we’ve decided to keep them disabled until all planned maintenance work has been completed. The current expectation is for the maintenance to be finished by the end of August.

    No customer impact is expected.

The ports will be re-enabled once all maintenance activities have been completed.

Past Incidents

We would like to inform customers that AS6830 (Liberty Global) has been decommissioned as an IP transit carrier within our network.

This change is part of an ongoing effort to streamline our upstream provider relationships. Traffic previously routed via AS6830 has been fully migrated to alternative transit providers.

Impact: No customer impact is expected as a result of this change. All services remain fully operational, and redundancy has been maintained throughout the transition.
