While reply from Cogent NOC is outstanding, based on our observations, all issues have been resolved. The same applies to TATA and NTT. All sessions have been re-established.
We will continue to monitor and intervene when necessary.
We are currently experiencing high latency through multiple carriers (NTT, Cogent, and TATA) affecting traffic to various targets. BGP routing has been adjusted (drained) for all impacted routes.
