Our DE-CIX ports in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Munich are currently disabled due to multiple ongoing maintenance activities on the DE-CIX side.
Instead of draining and restoring the ports for each individual maintenance window, we’ve decided to keep them disabled until all planned maintenance work has been completed. The current expectation is for the maintenance to be finished by the end of August.
No customer impact is expected.
The ports will be re-enabled once all maintenance activities have been completed.
The situation is stable since yesterday and Frankfurt scrubbing center has been enabled again.
We conside the situation resolved.
The applied TE measurements fulfill the intended purpose and situation is stable for the last minutes. Ingress traffic is currently shifted away from Frankfurt scrubbing center to avoid congestion, resulting in possible small latency increase. We will continue to monitor and intervene when necessary.
Traffic is expected to be shifted towards Frankfurt tomorrow again.
We are currently observing packetloss via Arelion on various paths. TE measurements have been applied to mitigate the impact and is currently under observation.
