Our DE-CIX ports in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Munich are currently disabled due to multiple ongoing maintenance activities on the DE-CIX side.
Instead of draining and restoring the ports for each individual maintenance window, we’ve decided to keep them disabled until all planned maintenance work has been completed. The current expectation is for the maintenance to be finished by the end of August.
No customer impact is expected.
The ports will be re-enabled once all maintenance activities have been completed.
The incident has been resolved.
Inter.Link confirmed the issue due to multiple ongoing fibercut on diverse paths between Amsterdam and Frankfurt. While one cut is already fixed and no issues are expected, Inter.Link will remain disabled until tomorrow to ensure restoration of all paths.
We are currently observing high latency and loss via Inter.Link towards various target. To avoid further impact, sessions have been drained.
A ticket has been opened with the carrier and we are currently awaiting feedback. No customer impact is expected.
