Our DE-CIX ports in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Munich are currently disabled due to multiple ongoing maintenance activities on the DE-CIX side.
Instead of draining and restoring the ports for each individual maintenance window, we’ve decided to keep them disabled until all planned maintenance work has been completed. The current expectation is for the maintenance to be finished by the end of August.
No customer impact is expected.
The ports will be re-enabled once all maintenance activities have been completed.
The situation was stable during the night. No further impact is expected.
The upstream seem to have recovered and situation is stable for now. We will continue to monitor and intervene when necessary.
We are currently observing partial unavailability of upstream Meerfarbig. Sesssions were automaticly drained and no impact is expected.
