All VMs have been booted and from our testing are available again. In case your system is still not reachable, please contact us via support.
Root-cause analysis remains ongoing.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
The system was indeed not reacting towards physical input and status LEDs were non-active. A physical power-cycle has been performed and the system is booting again. We are currently watching turnups of VMs which should become accessible again within the next minutes.
Our technician arrived on site and will start to investigate in a few minutes.
Update: the system is accessible via IPMI, but does not react to any operations including start or reset. Our technician is on the way to the datacenter to investigate.
We are currently observing an outage of eth03. Investigation are ongoing.
Due to the disabling of upstreams, various side effects were observed, including congestion between Cogent <-> Arelion, most likely due to the outage in EQ5. As the situation with the upstreams remained stable, we decided that the side effects outweighed the benefits of proactive mitigation, and the sessions have been re-enabled.
We will continue to monitor the situation and intervene when necessary.
We are aware of increased ambient temperature in FRA EQ5. While no compute is hosted there, we connect towards multiple carrier in the location for network connectivity. As of right now, no impact is observed. As pro-active mitigation, all direct connectivity via EQ5 has been drained.
This impacts the following upstreams
Once situation is resolved, all carrier will be re-enabled.
