The crossconnect is receiving light and RETN is back online. The official update remains pending, but the situation should be fully resolved.

Per latest update the switch did in fact not crash, but is currently unavailable from NTT PoP for external connectivity due down XC within Digital Realty. A ticket has been opened and we waiting for an update.

We are currently observing an outage of carrier RETN/AS9002 due to failed switch from partner network.

Creating POA is ongoing to take the carrier live again, however, the issue is treated as low priority as impact remains minimal and traffic already switched to other carriers.
